Netbook roll out 26-7-12
Yesterday it was so fun that some families came to our netbook launch day. Room 9, 11 and 12 were so surprised that they saw their Mums and Dads come to the hall and watch us get our netbooks. It was time to open our netbooks and see what it looked like. When room 9, 11 and 12 were looking at their netbooks on their face, I saw a smile it was so big that I had a smile on my face as well. Our family had a chance to look at our netbooks. When Mr Hendricks said to put our netbooks away we all put our netbooks away. I’ll remember how I got my netbook.
I am a Year 8 student at Glen Innes School in Auckland, NZ. I am in Room 12 and my teacher is Mrs Barry.

Sandwiches day
On Thursday at Glen Innes school we had sandwiches for five plus a day. When we were going to eat Mr Hendricks did a prayer and we all closed our eyes then after we did the prayer, we started to eat. We ate so many sandwiches, but some of the children were already full because they made their sandwiches so big. When they were full they just start talking because they were so bored so that's why they talk. After we had our five plus day Room 12 and 11 had to clean the hall because it was so messy. Some of the boys had to go and take the tables to room one but the other boys had to go get the other tables to put under the stage. The girls had to go and collect the chairs and stack them up, when the boys were taking the tables they got rejected so we have to take the tables back into the hall. After we cleaned the hall we went to play out side.
